Weekend Reading Recommendations- September

Weekend Reading- my book recommendations for September.

The Woman in Cabin 10 by Ruth Ware– Absolutely loved this book. Lo is a travel journalist who gets invited on a luxury cruise for a week-long trip. The voyage is anything but relaxing though as Lo witnesses what appears to be a woman thrown overboard. The question is…who? The story was suspenseful and twisted and kept me entertained from beginning to end.

A Man of Some Repute (A Very English Mystery) by Elizabeth Edmondson. I have a weakness for pretty much anything English- movies, television, literature. I was all caught up on the Her Royal Spyness (A Royal Spyness Mystery)series and needed a British fix before the next book came out. After going through dozens of reviews on similar books, I decided to try this series. A classic whodunnit, this story is set in the early 1950’s at Selchester Castle. The remains of the missing Earl who vanished without a trace several years ago are uncovered and it’s everyone’s guess what happened. Full of twists and turns and very reminiscent of Downton Abbey, I really enjoyed both the characters and the plot in this mystery novel.

What have you guys read lately- anything you recommend? Would love to hear.
