The Little Things- Volume 39
I think I’m still adjusting to daylight savings…leaving work when its dark outside makes me so sluggish. I get home, cook dinner, and immediately want to crawl into bed. If we lived somewhere really cold and snowy I think I’d turn into a complete hermit.
We’ve been upping our Orange Theory sessions though and it is kind of fun to work-out when it’s dark outside since the studio is pretty dim with glowing orange lights. There’s something oddly soothing about it. (that is until you realize you’re about to row 2,000 meters) Woof.
It was a really busy week and my brain hurts, so here’s to Friday my friends! Hope you have a great weekend.
