This week’s Pinterest Recipe of the Week was perfect as I had a bunch of fresh dill leftover from another recipe that I didn’t want to waste. With fall around the corner, I’d normally be making soups and crock pot meals, but I just love the light, freshness of dill and lemon together. This was delicious and so easy to make. At only 173 calories per serving, it’s a prefect guilt-free week night meal.
