Pinterest Recipe of the Week- Easy Beef & Broccoli

broccoli

My husband loves Chinese food- he could eat it 3-4 times a week and be perfectly content. Me? Not so much. It’s usually chock full of sodium, calories and all kinds of MSG/food additives. In an effort to work more of it into our week night dinners, I went searching for a recipe that was healthy, easy to make (a requirement since we both work so late these days) and something that looked like it would satisfy his Chinese cravings. I found this recipe from damndelicious.net and figured I’d give it a try.

The results? Yum. The broccoli was crunchy and the dressing/sauce was perfectly seasoned and just spicy enough. He gobbled it up and the best part is that it was thrown together in less time than I could watch an episode of Jeopardy, so I considered it a success. 🙂

Enjoy!
