If you’ve ever overindulged on a Saturday night, you probably know what it’s like to wake up the next morning feeling puffy, bloated and…well, blah. Enter the gut, liver and mouth detox. Sounds appealing so far, right? I came across this article on Dr. Oz’s blog and figured I’d share for those of you not feeling up to par this morning. You have to love Dr. Oz- always looking out for us!
According to Ayurvedic tradition, (think oil-pulling) combining lemon juice, fresh ginger, and sea salt (and chewing on dandelion) will help break down toxins in your body and flush them out. Seems simple enough!
